9d - Skin of the Lords (30-40d for good keystone)
9d - Craft base for +2 rune dagger (finished dagger is ~4% dps)
11d - Enlighten 4
5.5d - Empower 4 (3.5% dps but higher mana cost as well)
Self-Control is a better notable on small cluster due to mana regen
Better medium cluster small passives could reduce stat constraints allowing for better tattoos
Perfect rolls on Incandescent Heart are ~5% damage increase (double corrupt even stronger) but probably at that point just go skin of the lords
4.5d - Anomalous Defiance Banner - ~800 armour and associated boosts
Divergent Flame Surge - 5% inc aoe, probably never matters
?? - Orb of Conflict on boot implicits for higher ignite speed; ~0.5% dps per level
