Act 2 you want to focus on phys only claws here, Skitterbots and herald of agony when you can

Act 3 Swap Skitter for haste for more speed, use despair when you can

Act 5 Start of act 5 you want to swap to viper for more damage so im told xD, this is done when you get strike mastery from multishot

Combat focus viridian jewel =  1 ruby and 1 sapphire and 1 prismatic gem with 20 quality

Whenever you get both your combat focus you can do your swap.  The weapon mods you want is attack speed, crit chance, crit multi and damage with elemental attack skills.
You also have an option of using tempetous steel as a sword and unspec all your claw nodes but that is going to cost you quite a bit.
