As hardswapping into Doryani is a rather painful experience, the decision was made to split the medium progression into two PoBs. 
One that sets up the core necesseties to make Doryani function, but doesn't drag the lightning resistance down to truly painful depths immediately. 

Attributes and resistances across the rare pieces will sort you out. 
We left a resistance modifier on one of the ghastly eye jewels in the belt, as it makes reaching the cap a lot easier. 
Should you mana to cover these resistance modifiers without that jewel, and you can replace it with a damage jewel that will significantly boost your damage. However this is NOT a priority for you. Get the rest of the gear sorted.
