Notes

Build concept:

- Storm Burst balls do more damage when they explode depending on their duration (breakpoints every 0.4s)
- Decay Support benefits from that when socketed with SB
- Use anomalous Storm Burst and Efficacy for additional duration, take all the supports for + skill effect duration and DoT.
- More skill effect duration on tree
-> Crazy damage multiplier (up to x18 damage with some investment)

Note: PoB doesn't calculate Decay damage correctly when combined with Storm Burst. Storm burst multiplies your damage for every 0.4 additional second of duration.
The calculation is as follow: floor(<STORM BURST DURATION> / 0,4) + 1, so if your Storm Burst duration is 4 seconds, you need to multiply the shown DPS by 11.

Note#2: PoB doesn't understand blessings are not reserving any mana. You reserve all your mana and use EB (Eldrich Battery) to cast malevolence as a blessing and your spells. 
This works fairly well because we stack "skill effect duration" and it affects the duration of the blessing. We can get malevolence to about 30s duration for a "meager" cost of 600 ES every so often.


For the low budgets builds, don't use the cluster jewels nor glorious vanity jewel.


Until you have have Brass dome + Cane of Kulemak, socket your 6L in your Skin of the Loyal and the defensive setup in the staff. 
After that, it's cheaper to 6L the staff because a 6L off-colored Brass Dome costs 15-20ex and is not worth it.
Know that you can pretty much do all content with a 5L, I'd rather have a 5L Kulemak + defensive setup in Brass Dome than a 6L in Skin of the Loyal.

Defensive layers:

- Forbidden taste on savage hit
- 75% Evade
- 90% Phys damage reduction
- 80% All res (chaos included)
- Divine flesh so if you ever get more max chaos res, it also mitigates elemental damage
- Elemental Ailments Immune
- Vaal grace
- Enduring cry (big heal, endurance charges)
- Enfeeble as a second curse, could make a case for temporal chains as it would make the DoT last longer on bosses (less recast but that's hardly an issue)
- Impresence buff (-10% damage taken)
- No additional damage from critical strikes
- Ball lightning + GMP on CWDT + Life gained on spell hit ring = Lots of ball lightnings that hit dozens of time and fill your health bar in no time

Gear priority:

- Despair on hit ring, this just makes mapping feel so good immediately. Can go for a cheap one, prioritize Dex > Resists > Life or open prefix / suffix so you can craft whatever you need. 
  Can find some cheap ones for 5-10c, good ones can get quite expensive though but are not necessary.
- Skin of the Loyal with the correct colors (about 20c)
- The Devouring diadem (with Str + Dex unveil) allows you to have an additional aura, this is just too good to pass up. Before you get it just don't use Purity of elements and buy more resistances on your rares.
- Cane of Kulemak, support gem levels / + gem quality (very important to improve our skill effect duration on anomalous gems / increased duration support) / chaos damage.
- Gloves with "Socketed gems deal 30% more damage over time", this gives you way better clear with Arc as a pseudo 5L.
- A ring with +10-15 life gained on hit with spells, then you setup your CWDT with ball lightning. This is an amazing defense layer. If you can craft +1 min endurance charge on it that's great.
- Glorious vanity Xibaqua for Divine Flesh -> Immediately way more tanky
- Large cluster jewel
- Replace Skin of the Loyal with Brass Dome 5% max res -> That's when you become a very tanky boi
- Impresence we don't use the despair effect but it's still an incredible amulet
- At least one of the 2 small cluster jewels
- 6L your Kulemak to go back 

After that anything that can give you more max chaos resist / life / spell suppression is great.
If you have 50ex : the new jewels with Mistress of Sacrifice for +40% skill effect duration, that would almost double your damage (we scale HARD on skill effect duration).

Playstyle: 

- Withering steps on left click
- Cast Malevolence
- Cast arc on packs, if there are too many mobs channel SB for half a second and the pack explodes (SB needs to proc at least one ball so it explodes, the explosion is what applies a big DoT)
- When you flame dash in too big of a pack or a big ass rare, use Enduring cry
- When you are on a boss, use SB every 15-20 seconds and run around or do whatever you want while trying not to get hit too much.
- Don't forget to recast malevolence every 20-30s
