Lv 1-12: 
	Ground Slam w/ any 2H Weapon

Lv 12-end of campaign: 
	Sunder w/ any 2H Axe (links = Melee Phys, Close Combat, Added Fire [<Act 4] / Fist of War [Act 4+])

Maps: 
	Transition to Earthshatter once you've filled out the Warcry Nodes and have a decent 2H Mace

Earthshatter link priority: Overexertion > Melee Phys > Fist of War > Ele Damage > Fire Pen
Ascendancy Order (check leveling passive tree dropdowns!): Unstoppable > Unflinching > Unrelenting > Unbreakable 

---------- POST-CAMPAIGN UPGRADE ORDER ----------

1) Annoint "Clever Thief" (leech node) on your amulet until you get your cluster jewels (need mana leech)
2) 20% qual Autoexertion (formerly Call to Arms)
3) Buy 600+ pDPS 2H Mace (don't need a ton of attack speed - just enough to feel good)
4) Get your cluster jewels (Fuel the Fight on Large, Lead by Example on Medium) & annoint a decent amulet with "Vigour" (can also buy Xoph's Blood here, if you have the $$)
5) Get a decent Tincture (takes up a flask slot)
6) Enchant weapon (from Settlers League mechanic) with "Gain x% of physical damage as extra damage of each element" ** this will probably be expensive to roll multiple times, so just use w/e your initial roll is**
7) Get  Xoph's Blood (be sure you have enough Int elsewhere to swap - also annoint "Vigour") & Ryslatha's Coil
8) Start saving for things in the HIGH Investment Item Set.

---------- GENERAL NOTES ----------

do NOT overlevel Blood Rage and Faster Attacks (too much Dex requirement for little benefit)
do NOT forget "x% fire damage leeched as life" eldritch implicit on gloves (only need AFTER you drop Clever Thief annoint for Vigour)
be sure to get Int on gear wherever possible (need 98 for max level Flammability)
remember to unspec Avatar of Fire from the tree if you have Xoph's Blood

MANUALLY cast Enduring & Seismic (link to Urgent Orders & Lifetap)
AUTOEXERT Intimidating, Infernal & Battlemage's
