- Stacking Blind, Intimidate, and Brittle doesn't have 100% uptime vs pinnacle bosses, but it's close depending on luck and movement
- CWDT Immortal Call is turned off
- Flasks are off

Other notes
- Defiance Banner fits via charm, but a Loathing essence helmet or Alpha's Howl work too
- Gear has room for improvement: higher-DPS claw with ele pen, double damage shield, things I didn't think about at all, etc
