This is a new skill and untested. It can be broken or bad. Proceed with caution and have a back up plan. 
Luckily we can just swap to normal version of Earthshatter if it bad.



When can i use Holy Hammers

Level 28 is the earliest but i suggesting to level as Sunder because its just too good and i think we need power charge to feel good the new skill. 
You can pick up and see how is working but you will need Maces / Staff / Sceptre for it and need to change the Axe node to mace nodes



Power Charge generation

This is very important for this build because the skill can get huge benefits when you spending a power charge.

There is a very easy and cheap tech for this one. We using Resolute Technique so we never deal critical strikes. 
We can use Romira's Banquet to generate power charge every single hit and also can spend it to gain 20% more damage.




Overlaps

In the reveal stream, page and Ziggyd gameplay footage we can see without power charge you can easily see 2 overlap happen if you not targeting the enemy. 
So your first strike will hit the ground. The AoE will hit the target and the falling hammer as well. 
When you spending power charge you can summon more hammers so this can multiple hit as well (this part needs testing) 




Why we using Brain Rattler

Brain Rattler is a very cheap unique weapon (last league was 1 chaos) and has very nice stats for this build. And from my simulations you will need a VERY expensive weapon to out scale it. 
Also it enables us to shock the enemy for even more damage. I think 30% shock is very achievable maybe even more. 
Penetration is very welcomed becase we cant really access to higer %.



Swapping to Holy Hammers

My suggestion currently swap to the new skill when you have the Brain Rattler because this will be our endgame weapon as well. 
This need level 63 and change the tree a little i covered everything in the corresponding section.
