Mark of the Red Covenent helmet will carry you to maps.
Sidhbreath Amulet will carry flat damage from lvl 4 to Part 2.

Swap to poison when you can put on the weapon + have 100% total poison chance.  Remember to drop the amulet by the time you go poison.

Go SRS from level 4,  SRS - Melee Splash - Minion Speed is your 3 link.  Added cold as 4th while using leveling amulet.
