Don't drop Heartstopper unless you are very well geared. One Step Ahead is mostly for Uber Sirus (it negates the X-beam slow). You can keep Heartstopper on the Forbidden Flesh/Flame jewels too (it's much cheaper than any other Ascendancy for this build).
