Notes
priority of things (in my opinion) 1. find better gloves, shield, amulet and ring. Aim for as much life and resist as you can find to account for the items i replaced, items with double resist rolls and 50+ life should cost 1-2c max. biggest difficulty will be getting responses. if you dont have any chaos, do chaos recipe for a bit (google it if you dont know) and you will be good. 2. get elevore and cloak of flame. i suggest cloak as a temporary solution to smooth out big phys based hits. while you work towards a good rare chest. it does come with a downside of longer ignite duration which means slower damage. but if that is an issue, replacing combustion with swift affliction in both of your skills should help. -elevore is for the recovery during mapping and it also has great suppression roll, also a temporary item while you work towards good rares. -pyre is not necessary, i just added it because it is a 1c unique and to compensate for the damage loss in skill tree. 3. do the skill tree respec, i changed couple masteries so check those out too. -enduring composure jewel is again, not mandatory it is just further phys mitigation, and the charges are automated(which in my opinion is huge for qol) for a build that doesnt get much, it is also 10-15c so if you cant get it now or dont want it. click any close life nodes or move back towards magebane. NOTE: if you decide to get it, MAKE SURE it has "2 added passives" NOT 3, otherwise you will end up having to spend 1 extra point for the node. because of enduring composure, i replaced immortal call with molten shell so your endurance charges dont get eaten up by it, molten shell is still better imo because of slightly higher uptime and the chance to use vaal version for additional panic button but the choice is obviously yours. NOTE: you might also want to get a lower level cwdt gem in addition to lower level molten shell, i usually opt for molten shell around 11 and cwdt around 4. reasoning is that with lower required damage for it to proc, it will be up more which in turn overall reduces the damage you take during mapping. this is obviously subjective though and also somewhat dependant on your build so try it out. my general idea with these changes was to address the immediate problem which was low phys mitigation and low spell suppression, endurance charges and a cheap 1c unique which converts 40% of phys taken to fire should help with the phys. Elevore combined with the "spell suppression is lucky" mastery will help you get more value out of otherwise low suppression and you get nice added recovery as a bonus. NOTE: obviously remove the suppress mastery once you have 100% as it doesnt give you anything at that point. CONCLUDING THOUGHTS: -i know nothing about frostblink/firetrap so i tried not to touch any masteries and skills which might affect the build. -obviously these are all temporary fixes that you can do now or at least with little effort while you work towards your actual items. - your life is still low, that will get passively fixed as you get better items but you might want to spend next few levels clicking life nodes for temporary help. this build seems to end about at about 4000-4500 range which consdering these defenses is not much but is enough for mapping. -Contrary to popular opinion, chaos resistance is never your immediate concern in softcore, it will start to get more useful as you enter t14+ maps but even then it is not that necessary so having it around 0 for now is more than enough. just avoid desecrated ground as a map mod and you should be fine. 5-link cloak of flame is expensive (6-link even more so) and its up to you if you want to get it. the only reason i added it was because 4-socket one is 1c and it can help you immediately. i added a rare chest to item list you can use as an example if you want get more well rounded body armour for 5-6 link. (the phys taken as hybrid craft comes from syndicate unveils). It has the stats to aim for generally, note that without suppression roll, you should get something like that fairly cheap. also, with the life mastery, you dont necessarily need life roll on it which brings the cost down even more. might have forgot something, there are most likely better things but these i know, will help now and wont cost much if at all.
