you can use claws or daggers till you get the claw passives (lvl32), then use only claws.
if you are Trickster, Flame wall will give some added fire damage for early game.
Shield Charge is another option if you don't like Whirling Blades.

Make sure that you always have more accuracy than you maximum life for Precise Technique.
Also make sure that your Trinity buff is maxed on top left, if it's not, Lightning Damage craft should fix it.
On Lunaris Temple Level 2, get the crafting recipe for "Adds (1-4) to (32-36) Lightning Damage to Attacks" and craft it on your rings, amulet and weapon
Sell unID magic/rare items to get the transmutes you need, this will increase your damage a lot

Leave Precision at level 10, as you will have a lot of mana problems.

ACT 3 
Cobra Lash + Added Cold + Trinity + Elemental Damage with Attacks

Whirling Blades + Faster Attacks + Momentum

What bandits?
Always eramir(kill all). Build requires all passive points possible.

How do i fix mana cost of the build?
there are 3 ways to fix this:
1. Non-channeling on rings
2. Watcher's eye with Non-channeling
3. Reduced mana cost wheel
Try to avoid taking the wheel, only if you can't buy rings or Watcher's eye at that moment.

Dagger or Claw?
Dagger is good because you can get +50% projectile speed mastery which makes build feel better and more damage overall. Claws are better on early-mid game.

Use Deafening Zeal/Loathing essences on a chaos damage fractured ambusher/imperial skean till you have t2+ crit chance and attack speed. annul if you have other suffix, and prefix cannot be changed+scour to empty prefixes. 
craft multimod+cannot evade+penetrate chaos resistance.

Get a 25+ quality conquest lamellar and spam dense fossils till you get 3400+ evasion and armour. use exalts and annuls if you get 2 good prefixes. Use eldritch currency for suffixes.
Use the same strategy to get 4000+ evasion+armour later on.

Harvest reforge caster till follow-through and repeater.

Large Cluster Jewel
Harvest reforge attack till 3 noteable with fan of blades. Would recommend buying from the market, as this is pretty hard to hit.
