Craft wand:

Start with fractured spell damage ilvl 73+
1. Corroded-metallic-shuddering-jagged fossil combo until +1 All then annull to nothing else
2. Multimod (suffix), "prefixes cannot be changed" (suffix) and "cannot roll attack modifiers" (suffix)
3. Use "add Physical modifier, remove random modifier" on the harvest bench. Wand should now be +1 all, +1 phys
4. Craft "Prefixes cannot be changed" if it is not still on there from step 2.
5. Use Aisling 4 slam from Catarina.
	6a. If you got a veiled prefix, unveil Spell Damage if possible. If it did not show up, unveil a non-caster tagged mod, craft "cannot roll caster mods" and anull until the veiled mod has been removed. Re-craft the "cannot roll caster" if you annull it. Back to Step 4
	6b. If you got a veiled suffix, block "Chaos Damage over Time Multiplier", then aim to unveil cast speed, Double Damage or Crit Multiplier. If you miss the unveil, use "Prefixes cannot be changed", Scouring and back to step 4.
7. Craft "Can have up to 3 modifiers" and craft 2 of these: Spell Damage, Cast Speed and Crit multiplier (depending on what's missing after step 6.)
