Swap at act9 (keep boneshatter level 18) Level with sunder (check the trees) Make sure to craft or ID armours with the most armour you can You need to farm merciless labyrinth for Boneshatter of complex trauma (Despair) its way better As a jugg, you go for the accuracy and attack speed node on your first ascendancy and the life regen as second On slayer, you go impact into overleech Determ nerf and no phys taken as means you need to farm the bases and put quality on them, also take the endurance charges asap, level bonehsatter once you have like 35k or so armour. Check the trauma damage breakpoints on the wiki Dont leave the lab until you have complex trauma 20% quality For mapping we use autoexertion with ancestral cry. For bossing we use flesh and stone if we have 3 elreon jewelry (xdd) (this is for endgame mostly, if we can fit the mana cost). Leveling Section 1-13 Spectral Throw-Volley-Chance to bleed/maim/added fire (A bit further down explaination for weapons) At level 12-13m check vendor for Woodsplitter and use the essence obtained in the crab quest on the axe. If you manage to drop it, even better(+1 transmute) 13-70 Sunder-Faster Attacks-Added fire-Fortify Why faster attacks? The damage is already there, you dont want to be stunlocked because you attack too slow, also its a decent support early on, you go faster We path into the mana leech in act5. We also pick precise technique and Hatchet master. We get the acc through Impact (slayer notable), feller of foes and precision. Mana will be okay once we have the mana leech, and with precision, herald of ash and herald of purity we still have enough mana to not run out, ever For bosses-> Intimidating cry into War banner into Sunder We get rage through the axe mastery, can also pick +1 rage on hit for 1 point. Go alira for leveling aswell. Weapons: Level 2 on town make sure to grab a corroded blade Look for 2g, 2g1r At level 7 you can buy from vendor and drop a Longsword, which is the next upgrade At level 10 you can find a bastard sword (optional upgrade, its better than longsword but soon we swap to Woodsplitter) At level 13 we use a woodsplitter, slam the essence from the crab onto the weapon, use a blacksmith if you have more than one (its 20% qual now, 20% more damage) If you use the woodsplitter, make sure to grab precision from nessa, or you will have 80% chance to hit. DONT USE ANYTHING THAT ISNT A SWORD FOR ACT1, LOSING WAR BANNER MEANS 0 ACCURACY IF WE USE AXES/MACES, USE SWORDS ALWAYS Next upgrade from woodpslitter is double axe, use vendor recipe (blue/rare rustic sash, 1 blacksmith, white qual weapon) Next can be a gilded axe or shadow axe, big upgrade is Timber axe in act5, usually I grind Chamber of innocence for a bit to get a better axe and some exp Then just use whatever drops that is better FAQ: Q: I heard boneshatter got nerfed. Is it true? A: Yes and no, it deals more upfront damage in the form on higher damaging hits, and you dont rely on totems so its more uptime in general. The weapon quality also means more damage. In general, compared to last patch, we are doing about 10% more dps, but we lose the phys taken as ele and some other things (25% aps from rage). For the most part, while mapping it should feel better as you oneshot mobs even harder. On single target, it should be okay since we run vuln as a curse instead of warlords mark. The build should feel relatively the same, stronger in some areas, weaker in others, but still about the same. Q: Determination got nerfed, how do you use boneshatter now without dying? A: Dont level it past lvl 18, get the new bases first and harvest spam reforge phys until 2,5k armour +6% phys reduction. Grab endurance charges on the tree, annoint the last one. Should still be fine, just delay the damage spike early. Q: What if I dont want to farm merc lab? A: Despair Q: This build is bait. Slams are obviously better, and boneshatter sucks. Its a glorified default attack. Who wants to play this? A: I like the build, and it probably maps faster than most slam builds, so its still a good racing build imo. Does fall off in super endgame content, but is good enough to farm 4 normal pinnacles without issue and blast maps. Q: 0 suppress, bait build. A: 6 endurance charges, 82% maxres, higher life rolls. Less susceptible to elemental attacks, a bit squishier agaisnt some spells. Goats beware. Q: This is carns build, why steal it? A: He didnt make a PoB for boneshatter slayer yet, so I made this. Q: Is this hc viable? A:Yes, and I will be using this to race for level 100.
