	Hello, it's Lazy Exile and it's the POB for my league starter in 3.28 - Ascendant Kinetic Fusillade Ballista Totem

	This write up will help you get through the early game as a new players. I have more loads out in this POB for smooth progression to endgame.

	LOADOUTS & TIPS | Choose the Loadout in Top Right

	TREE
    > Act Progression all the way into Red Map
    > During Campaign Loadouts make sure you don't get any attack speed on gear

	SKILLS
    > Skills progression are breakdown into Gems, Support Gems and when do you get them to make it easier to follows.
    > Click on the Skills tab and keep it open during the Campaign. It'll have progression + quest lines for gems
	> Before getting Less Duration Support in a 4L with Kinetic Fusillade, do not get any attack speed on gear or Skill Tre

	WAND
    > Focus on Wand that give flat damage, Kinetic Fusillade hits many time, so flat damage is key
	> At lv 59, get yourself a cheap Moonsorrow Wand for early game weapon

	ASCENDANCY
    > Elementalist into Ranger
    > Elementalist gives early game damage boost with Shock and Exposure
    > Exposure will comes from Hydrosphere

	BANDITS
    > Alira for elemental resistance is good (require respec later)
    > Kill alls if you want extra passive point and don't want to respec later

	ITEMS
    > Regex for shop: :.*(?=\S*r)(?=\S*g)(?=\S*b)|Runn|Glint|Heav|s:.+wa (Act 1, 2 regex)
    > Look for a shield for Shield Charge
    > Look for Wands with Flat Damage with Attack Speed Breakpoint accordingly

	CAMPAIGN BREAKPOINT
    > Act 1/2: Wand up to 1.6 Base attack speed + No extra attack speed from gear
    > Act 3: After Wand Mastery +1 Proj -> Use Wand up to 1.5 Base Attack Speed + No extra attack speed from gear
	> Act 3/4/5 After 4L with Less Duration, get Multishot for +1 Proj -> Use Wand up to 1.6 Base Attack Speed + Up to 25% extra attack speed from gear
    > Act 7-10 ~ Around lv 59: Get Moonsorrow Wand or Use Wand with no attack speed, and spec into the rest of the attack speed nodes according to Tree
