use Sunder with a 2h axe for the entire campaign / early maps

Sunder
	Added Fire Dmg (swap to Fist of War in A4)
	Close Combat (swap to Brutality in A4)
	Melee Phys
	+Close Combat (if 5L)
	+Ruthless (if 6L)

Path towards Resolute Technique (pick it up sometime in A3)
	don't forget Spirit of War for mana leech!

FOR ASCENDANCY:
you can literally ignore your Ascendancy until you reach maps and are ready to swap to Dual Strike. 
if you want to min-max, you can first choose the Ancestral Commander ascendancy and then swap over to Antiquarian later.
	only do this if you know what you're doing!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SWAPPING TO DUAL STRIKE---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Keep using Sunder until you're around level 80 and have ALL of the following items:

1) Nightgrip
2) Ynda's Stand (be sure to defense catalyze it!)
3) Elegant Hubris (conquered by Caspiro > this is required to counteract Antiquarian's "Lioneye's Hair" node)
4) Rare Armor/Evasion body armor with at least 1.7k to each 
5) Frostbreath (mainhand weapon)
6) Decent rare claw (offhand weapon > looking for high attack speed & crit multi > choose a basetype with +life on hit!)
7) Dual Strike of Ambidexterity (obv lol)

you'll also likely need 15-20 Orbs of Regret (maybe more, depending on how much gold you have!) to change your passive tree over, so factor those into the cost as well.

ASCENDANCY ORDER:
	Kalguuran Armor > Starlight Reflector > Lioneye's Hair > Runic Tablet
