For SINGLE TARGET, swap out the curse on hit ring for a DPS ring such as Betrayal's Sting, or an Iolite ring with essence chaos damage, cast speed, and/or dot multi. 

Viable Amulet Anoints:
- As the Mountain (gives attack block)
- Fatal Toxins (gives most damage)
- Toxic Strikes (gives 15% chance to poison and also some damage, if you aren't capped poison chance)
