Wand:
Purchase this Fractured +1 to Level of all Physical Spell Skill Gems Wand base
Use ~140 [poe-item id=3dac9a3b]Shrieking Essence of Fear[/poe-item] until you obtain 20%+ to Damage over Time Multiplier and have an open Suffix. If you do not have an open Suffix for a Craft, use an [poe-item id=fde0d036]Orb of Annulment[/poe-item] to try and make room. 
Finish your item by crafting the Suffix Physical Damage over Time Multiplier.

Amulet:
Purchase this Fractured +1 to Level of all Physical Spell Skill Gems Amulet base
Use ~141[poe-item id=fe6d778e]Screaming Essence of Sorrow[/poe-item] until you obtain 20%+ to Damage over Time Multiplier and an open Prefix to craft Life.
Craft + to Maximum Life and Anoint with 2x [poe-item id=bd7f6656]Black Oil[/poe-item] and 1x [poe-item id=b3a4ee64]Clear Oil[/poe-item].
STOP HERE and come back when you are ready to do the Xibaqua swap (Milestone 6). For now you don't need the additional Chaos Resistance. 
Now you need to have an open Prefix (if you crafted Life you have one) AND an open Suffix. If you don't, you can sell your Amulet and start again from step 1, or go back to Essence spamming. 
Craft Suffixes Cannot be Changed and use a [poe-item id=16f310be]Veiled Chaos Orb[/poe-item]. Check if you now have a Veiled Prefix or Suffix. If you have a veiled Prefix, craft any Mana mod and then try to Unveil into Life. finishing the item with a Hybrid elemental/Chaos Resistance craft
If you have a veiled Suffix then try to Unveil into any hybrid Elemental/Chaos Resistance mods. 
Craft Life

Helmet:
Purchase a Fractured 33%+ Chaos Resistance Armour or Evasion Rating Base.  
Use ~30 [poe-item id=c219dc55]Deafening Essence of Spite[/poe-item] until you hit any Elemental Resistance at T2+.
Use a [poe-item id=c035e934]Lesser Eldritch Ember[/poe-item] and make sure the Searing Exarch is the dominant influence. Then use [poe-item id=96958d23]Eldritch Chaos Orb[/poe-item]s to re-roll your Prefixes until you obtain 70+ to maximum Life.
Craft 8% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage, unveiled from Korrel. 
Use [poe-item id=593cb88e]Greater Eldritch Ember[/poe-item] and [poe-item id=f3e4a326]Greater Eldritch Ichor[/poe-item] until you obtain 8% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills and 27% increased Vulnerability Curse Effect

Boots:
Purchase a Fractured 33%+ Chaos Resistance Armour or Evasion Rating Base.  
Use ~30 [poe-item id=c219dc55]Deafening Essence of Spite[/poe-item] until you hit any Elemental Resistance at T2+.
Use a [poe-item id=c035e934]Lesser Eldritch Ember[/poe-item] and make sure the Searing Exarch is the dominant influence. Then use [poe-item id=96958d23]Eldritch Chaos Orb[/poe-item]s to re-roll your Prefixes until you obtain 70+ to maximum Life.
Craft 20% increased Movement Speed + 8% chance to gain Onslaught for 4 seconds on Kill
Use [poe-item id=593cb88e]Greater Eldritch Ember[/poe-item] and [poe-item id=f3e4a326]Greater Eldritch Ichor[/poe-item] until you obtain 13% to Chaos Resistance and 7% increased Life Regeneration rate. 

Ring 1:
Purchase a Fractured 33%+ Chaos Resistance Ring that has any Implicit Resistance .  
Use ~20 [poe-item id=f54a1acb]Essence of Delirium[/poe-item] until you hit 20+ Dexterity and have an open Prefix.
Craft Life. 

Ring 2: OR use mark of submision
Purchase a Warlord Influenced Item Level 75 [poe-item id=5b140677]Amethyst Ring[/poe-item].
Use Harvest Reforge Caster until you obtain Curse Enemies with Vulnerability on Hit, with 20% increased Effect and 50+ to maximum Life. 
Craft Non-Channelling Skills have -7 to Total Mana Cost
