Crafting the Wands:
1) roll +1 all, doesn't really matter how.
2) get to a point with only +1 all and dotm on a rare item
3) multimod + cannot roll attack + any prefix
4) aug phys for a guaranteed +1 phys and a 75% chance to not lose +1 all
5) lock prefixes + veil until you hit a prefix
6) prayge. It's a 29% chance to blind unveil chaos damage. This mod is 10% dam so worth doing
7) if not, try to annul, if you miss the annul it's back to step 1
8) lock prefixes + reforge chaos for a good tier of chaos dotm. It is guaranteed, so 15% chance for T2+ - difference between min rolled T2 and max rolled T1 is ~3% damage per wand, so not super important.
