Notes

Divine Ire is set to 12 Stages for DPS calculations intentionally. 
POB calculates Full DPS by simply multiplying Average Hit by Cast rate, and doesn't take the stage build up into account.

Shocked Effect is calculated from the Stage 20 average hit, since that is the damage the boss will actually be taking.

Configuration contains buffs from a santified relic and +50% Effect Arcane Surge provided from the totem ascendency that POB doesn't seem to consider.
