Main Spectre Location:
The Forged Frostbearers can be found in maps where they might spawn after interacting with Verisium Outcrops. You can alternatively ask for them in the global channel 666. The other spectres are itemisied and can be found in Rituals or bought from trade.

You also need a Stygian Silverback from the Riverways in Act 2, a Primal Crushclaw from Harvest (blue crop) as well as a Perfect Judgemental Spirit and a Perfect Warlord that you can later replace with a Perfect Forest Tiger once you're playing the Mageblood version
(they are itemisied and can be found in Rituals or bought from trade). Instead of the Perfect Forest Tiger you can also use the Perfect Forest Warrior for a small increase in player&minion movement, attack and cast speed at the cost of slightly worse frenzy charge 
generation (also saves you a ton of currency).

In high density maps you can replace Feeding Frenzy with a damage gem like Hypothermia in the Frostbearer setup. This does mean you need to use Feeding Frenzy instead of Minion Life in the utility spectre setup to retain the buff.

The utility spectre setup only has 1 gem with the 4 spectres ingame. The 4 gems here are necessary for PoB to factor in all spectre auras/buffs/debuffs.
