Notes
Level with anything you want until you get Herald of Agony and Chance to Poison (you can mule the latter from a level 1 shadow). Then link Chance to Poison to Stormbrand and/or swap to your preferred trigger skill whenever you wish.
Cluster jewels and Calamitous Visions, a good rare shield for maxing block chance and +5 Brass Dome will be the chase items, followed by a good +2 minion level helmet.
The rest should be pretty achievable relatively quick, especially on trade since armour+es bases shouldn't be very popular.
Ball Lightning of Orbiting isn't mandatory, you can just use normal Ball Lightning or any other trigger skill you prefer.
Awakened Minion Damage and Vicious Projectiles is another nice 10-20% damage boost.
