Notes
Before Slavedriver's Hand you can go EB with some ES on gear and use The Sorrow of the Divine flask to sustain your energy shield. You can also run Malevolence on Divine Blessing at this point.
If you have the "X% chance to summon two totems" node on your bow tree, you can drop multiple totems support and use empower instead. Make sure to pick up the totem mastery for 30% chance for two totems as well if you do.
Before you have an elder quiver or Divergent HoAg you can annoint Toxic Strikes and/or use Icefang Orbit
Cluster setup would be a large 8 passive phys cluster into a totem medium with the node that gives you onslaught, and the flask duration medium that gives you alchemist genius. The other nodes are free to fill in how you want.
