Notes
********************************* Should you play this build? ****************************************** Pros: - Adaptability -> Energyblade skeleton can make almost any spell good (obviously skills are not created equal, some are just better than others but who cares, play what you think is fun) - VERY strong intially on about 5-10d of gear with amazing scalability with each upgrading making a meaningful difference Cons: - Has to Play Coruscating Elixir until much more min-maxed gear which allows dropping ivory/coruscating which is a QoL downside - Has a decent amount of map mods that are auto skips -> example: less defence(t17) / remove 5% life on hit(pk mod for lowlife builds, can run this after swapping out of coruscating) - Only had enough time to do some brief testing for early map progression so haven't 100% mapped out if staying EO till ivory swap vs crit is correct Sidenote: - this type of character will make future characters feel weak (example: most spell skills will feel bad playing a different way after because scaling is just worse than eblade + battlemage inquis) ********************************* Skill Gem Setups to Try on build ****************************************** Self Cast Options: *Flameblast Celerity(this skill is just giga fun aoe clear + decent damage) *Incinerate of Venting(probably strongest single target, feels bad ramp until good gear, check out onemanaleft for an endgame example) *Penance Brand of Dissipation(one of the strongest self cast+mobility skills, requires picking up some brand stuff / explode for clear) *Wave of Conviction of Trathus(bit of an unknown but if running less duration allows consistent double hit seems like a great spell echo skill) depends on how duration + double hit stuff works CoC Options: *Eye of Winter BiS Single Target *Ice Spear of Splitting + Return Proj(BiS Clear with decent single target) *Bladefall(requires awakened cascade) Good Clear/Single Target *Blazing Salvo (use return) Good All Rounder Mine Options: *Ball Lightning of Orbiting All rounder Clear / Decent Single Target *Eye of Winter Generally BiS Single Target with decent enough clear *Arc Regular/Oscillating(potentially best feeling clearspeed with ok damage) *Frostblink Wintry Blast Theoretically good (requires aoe investment & solving chill proc) IMPORTANT: Quality on Energy blade = 10% more es(10% more damage), with enhance =20% more es/damage, prioritize quality on this first, then other gems(IE if lab font gives you good quality then put it on EB) ********************************* Leveling ****************************************** 4hr Act 10 Eblade Run: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymCCfyB30qI Vendor Regex(use in act 1/2): -\w-.-|b-b|g-r|r-g|nne|rint|Flam|Earn This tree was based on doing a straight into Eblade right at lvl 30ish or so on first lab, if you don't want to do that a more basic firebased cast inquis leveling works fine just make sure you have gold/respecs to change when needed First Lab = Battlemage: Battlemage + Energyblade is just fairly solid damage early on, make sure to be picking up ES / hybrid ES pieces where you can to help this flat damage. if you find a very high flat ele damage one hand you can also use that and wait on using Eblade Damage Skills: Level as Magma Orb + Combustion + Ele Prolif Until you get arma brand + firestorm (technically you can also level with just firestorm if you dont want to deal with multiple skills, will be a bit slower i believe) Movement Skills: (Leap Slam OR Shield Charge)+ momentum(mule a ranger)/Faster Attacks(do siosa for this or wait till act 6) + Frostblink/Flamedash Aura Skills: Discipline + (Flesh & Stone / Arctic Armour / Tempest Shield)(pick one, then later on if you want to invest in reservation like sovereingty wheel, these are good reservations to consider) Curse: Elemental Weakness / Punishment Bandits: Help Alira(15 all ele res less gear pressure) OR Oak(40 life, harder to res cap, better late game scaling) //// 8% movespeed is decent but i think leap slam is ideal and less dependent on movespeed ********************************* How To Get First Easy Chaos to Buy Early Gear for Real Smooth Early Maps ****************************************** Pick up rogue markers/demo contracts throughout campaign Starting at lvl 60 check vendor in heist for demolition contracts(these specifically drop chaos alot from the '?' Side chests The vendor will reset every level 5-10 missions should net 10-20c which you will use to buy the key items first ********************************* Gearing ****************************************** Better Trading Buy Folder: be sure to highlight the whole text or import can fail 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 OMEGA Early SSF 'ID' rares till you get currency to purchase some of the early basic uniques to get you started EARLY Rings: Rare Life/Es + Attributes + Res Helmet: Broken Crown(Cheap t5 unique with 200 es & 50 chaos res) -> Rare Hyrbi ES/Armour (divine crown base) can get this via rog/gwennen early - craft with reforge life / essence Body armour: Geofri's Sanctuary(Cheap t4 unique with some ok es/res) -> Incandescent Heart (requires capped chaos res IMO) -> Rare Hybrid ES/Armour (Sacred Chainmail) craft with some dense fossils Amulet: Rare amulet Life/Es + Attribute + Res Boots: Rare with life/attribute/res/movespeed Gloves: Kalisa's Grace(Cheap t5 unique pseudo 5L early) -> Rare Hybrid (paladin gloves base) can get this via rog/gwennen early - craft with reforge life / essence Belt: Rare with strength + res/life(ideal base is heavy) Shield: Leper's Alm -> Rare Titanium with block chance / ES Main hand weapon: any random one hand with socket colors you want Mid-Game(swapped to Early Ivory Setup) Rings: Good rare, use the trade search & get fairly high attribute/life/es + res/cast speed depending on setup Amulet: Astramentis Helmet: Curtain Call / Crown of the Inward Eye / Glimpse of Chaos(requires extra res on gear/corrupt off mana mod) / Good Rare Lich's Circlet Belt: Cyclopean Coil / Rare Boots: Rare (high attribute + life + movespeed + chaos res) Body armour: Ivory Tower(REQUIRES Balbala SetUP) Shield: Rathpith Gloves: Shaper's Touch Weapon: one hand weapon with abyss socket End-game Rings: Rare Helical(harder to craft but can save with recombine sometimes) Fractured t1 Int/Str -> attribut catalyst -> essence of scorn till t1 int or str -> suffixes can't be changed veild chaos Amulet: Simplex Amulet with Awakener orbed %str + %attr -> anul benchcraft life on prefix(or veiled chaos) / OR do a three-rat / OR gigachad eyes of greatwolf (check costs of various options, fairly comparable in power) Helmet: Curtain Call Belt: Cyclopian Coil Max Roll with %attribute corruption & quality Boots: Rare fracture t1 Str/Int + Fundamental/Sanctified/Hollow Fossil combo till T1 str/int + abyss socket -> suffix can't veiled chaos + block slam Body armour: Ivory Tower Shield: Rathpith Gloves: Shaper's Touch Weapon: one hand weapon with abyss socket JEWELS To Look for: Rare Jewels: %life/%es/Str&int/All attribute/Crit multi Adorned: this jewel is probably still BiS in late game BUT requires a very good roll and basically perfectly divined magic jewels(only for very min-max IMO) Emperor's Mastery: Best jewel the build can get but very expesive and not necessary Life Grand Spectrums: Solid options but quite expensive and only marginally better than good rare jewels Split Personality: Str + Int / Str +Dex / Int+Dex / Str+ES / Int+ES / Str+life / Int+life (str+int is BiS, but other combinations can be worth depending on character, and tri-stack likes other attribute combinations as well) Watchers Eye: Evade% /%suppress / spell block / regen / recovery / gain on hit / ect good with discipline ********************************* Mana ****************************************** Mana Solutions to aim for early: 15% skill cost as mana as first life mastery / Mana Nodes Mana Solutions to aim for in later setups: Late game solution -> blood magic + eternal youth (sometimes life recharge turns off in predicitive mod, this is a bug with internet, swap to lockstep should help avoid this) Mana Solutions for GIGA late game: Use unleveled skill where gem level doesn't change %effectiveness + high int/str investment gives a lot of base mana + Sanctuary of thought 50%ish more regen for mana Eternal Youth DOWNSIDE: There are a select few mechanics in poe that turn off recovery, Exarch ground(i think not 100% sure)/Sirus Ground/Maven Degen beam if you get hit by or stand in one of these the life recharge will be deactivated for 2+ seconds thus softlocking skill use for a bit. Simply Avoid Sirus/exarch Ground mod on T17s & you have to play around those mechanics in ubers, very doable(sirus is the only real problematic one imo) ********************************* Eternal Youth BUG ****************************************** sometimes life recharge turns off in predicitive mod, this is a bug with internet, swap to lockstep should help avoid this but it happens on occasion to people based on what people have told me, I've run into this issue a few times but its very rare and generally for most people predictive fixes the issue ********************************* Snacks ****************************************** S-Tier: Water(only drink you will ever need) Doughnuts(best snacking desert there is) Eggs -> scrambled/omelet/breakfast sandwich combo, always good no matter how you make em A-Tier: Cereal -> time efficient breakfast to get gaming faster(i recommend granola) Dino Nuggies(fairly time efficient, we can pretend its meal) (pair with mac-cheese) Frozen Pizza(fairly time efficient also kindof technically a meal) Taquitos(idk how good these are, but chat seems to love and won't shut up about it) Mac-Cheese = Easy/Time Efficient we can pretend this is almost a meal (pair with dino nuggies) Club Crackers solid snack easy and affordable Gold fish (i'd put this in S-tier if my babies had more control of this list) Oreos/Preffered Cookie + Milk (pretty min-max for taste value but does require setup of milk & oreos -1 minute efficiency) Milk/Protein Shake-> delicious/filling -> requires a blender Peanuts the most notable nut there is, personally i like honey roasted but you do you Potatoes -> great build diversity, can min-max into basically any meal (do not consume raw) Cheeze-itz(previously S, moved down due to lack of it being in my pantry recently) Popeyes(been on a popeyes kick recently and I am biased) B-Tier: Asiago Bagels + cream cheese (decently time efficient but mid risk of cream cheesing your keyboard) Ice Cream(bit less time efficient but tastes amazing, i recommend peanut butter + vanilla ice cream + dark choco chips that you keep in freezer) Fruit snacks (easy & convenient) but will screw your teeth Smoothie(dealers choice of ingredients) decent setup time, not a tasty as a shake probably healthier Pretzels maximize water efficiency and help you pretend you aren't starving from lack of real food (add in whipped creamed cheese and it goes to A-tier) Cashews Delicious and a bit more cost efficient than pistachios Tea bit of setup time with boiling water but fantastically soothing Chipotle -> delicious but super costly if you pay to deliver OR you brick your time efficiency by going to store Eggo Waffles -> pretty solid time efficiency, charlotte loves these Quesadilla -> cost efficient & easy to make solid flavor Chips & Salsa (not my thing but a staple classic for many, just don't spill the salsa) +add guac for 10 points of flavor but -10 in time it takes to mash up the avocado Oatmeal -> pretty filling, results in high end gaming, not BiS flavour but gets the job done C-Tier: Hotdogs Fairly time efficient, quality will vary greatly depending on what dogs you get and how you cook them (F tier= microwave, A tier if grilled with high quality dogs) Pistachios super tasty but kinda p2w nut Honey Buns -> tasty unhealthy fast & you will need to wash hands Beef Jerky (mid taste in my opinion but if thats your thing it could jump up some tiers due to time efficiency/ease) Gummy Bears -> solid but will get stuck to teeth which feels bad Grilled Cheese Decent time consumption, high flavor, can vary greatly on how its made D-Tier: Hot-Pocket(time efficient, seem way worse than I remember)(will probably burn your tongue) Cheetos/Doritos => tasty snakc but finger debuff will destroy your keyboard/efficiency Reese's -> RIP teeth Skittles -> RIP teeth Star Burst -> RIP teeth F-Tier: Popcorn -> thing will get stuck in teeth, GG - multiple hours due to pure tilt and efficiency loss Every other drink known to mankind (bud light) raisins -> just a creeper version of a grape BabyCarrots/Cucumbers w/ humus(too healthy, almost like you know what the sun looks like) Poptarts super time efficient but you will feel dirty on the inside eating them & they kinda suck now Apples Pokimane Cookies(you disappoint me) Door-Dash -> giga expensive, could have gotten a new pc ********************************* The End ******************************************
