BAMA Guardian Guide

Leveling:
Path towards the fire mastery and dual wield mastery we will also grab spiritual aid. This will give us most of our damage until we swap to the BAMA setup and can be used to beat Act 10 Kitava is you want to.
(Try to get a +1 to all fire skill gems sceptre. Alternatively a lifesprig will do) Continue pathing towards Spiritual Aid through Purity of Flesh.
Path down through Sanctity going through to Constitution. Then we want to focus on mana reservation to make our lives easier and to make sure determination is on our setup ASAP. The Campaign has an obsene amount of physical damage in it.
From here just take lots of reduced mana cost of skills and life. We will do a big re-spec once we swap to BAMA after farming the transfigured gem in Merciless Lab.

Use Rolling magma, Flame Wall and Holy Flame Totem, Herald of Thunder until Level 28. Switch to Armageddon Brand and Wave of Conviction.
I personally use herald of thunder because it synergizes well with wave of conviction. (WoC applies exposure for us tAct 10 (BAMA Switch) Merc Lab Farmo do more damage)
***MAKE SURE WHILE LEVELING YOU LEVEL UP IMPORANT GEMS FOR THE SWITCH TO BAMA. PRECISION, RAISE SPECTRE, FRESH MEAT, MINION DAMAGE SUPPORT, ELEMENTAL WEAKNESS)

Ascendancy:
Guardian
Choose Radiant Crusade as your First Ascendancy. The sentinel will be a big dps and mitigation boost to you.
Choose Unwavering Crusade as your Second Ascendancy if you plan to go BAMA. This will give your minions insane flat elemental damage to carry you through the campaign.
If not using BAMA until after Merciless Lab go for Time of Need, that will help you with sustain.
Choose Time of Need as your Third Ascendancy for sustain.
Choose Bastion of Hope as your final ascendancy and take the Glancing Blows keystone. When using attacks or spells you will get 25% attack/spell block respectively for 5 seconds.
This pairs nice with GB because we get 50% for free essentially. This node pairs well with Enduring cry/flame dash being our spells to get the spell block. The attack block is through our BAMA skill.

Pantheon:
Brine King (Help with Stun)
Ralakesh (Help with Degens and Bleed)

Gear:
Bow: T1 Lightning with Deafening Essence of Fear and crafted Minion attack/cast speed or triple T1/T2 elemental damage with critical anything and crafted Minion attack/cast speed.

Quiver: Attack Speed fracture, Broadhead Quiver BIS. Attack Speed, Crit Chance, Crit Multiplier, crafted Crit Chance with Chance to gain frenzy charge and increased damage with Bow skills. (Deafening Essence of Woe)

Helmet: Devouring Diadem is an option for running Grace in the aura setup. I would go with a rare helmet (Armour/Evasion) with phys taken as fire, life, spell suppression, chaos resistance.

Chest: Armour/Evasion base with spell suppression, no life, chaos resistance or % additional physical damage reduction.

Gloves: Armour Evasion piece with spell suppression, chaos resistance, Minion Damage, attributes, +2 aoe gems for auras. There are tons of options. +2 aoe gems is easier to get on the helmet!

Boots: Armour/Evasion piece with spell suppression, chaos resistance if needed, movement speed and chill avoidance is an option.

Amulet: Jinxed JuJu for survivability and chaos resistance which we lack in the build. Can use a rare amulet with lots of life, global critical strike multiplier and chaos resistance alternatively for more damage.

Rings: Amethyst Ring for capping chaos resistance and a Bone Ring ideally with Minion Damage. (Try to get the Elreon Craft "non-channeling skills have -x to total mana cost on your jewelery)

Belt: Darkness Enthroned BIS
Get either flat T1 lightning damage or minions deal increased % damage if used a Minion skill recently on the ghastly eye jewels.

Ghastly Eye Jewels:
Life, Flat Lightning damage, Minion attack/cast speed, Minion taunt, % increased minion damage if used a Minion skill recently.

Gem Setups:
Chest: (In Order of Priority)
Mirror Arrow of Bombarding Clones>Fresh Meat>Minion Damage>Volatility>Concentrated Effect>Elemental Damage with Attack Skills

Optional gems, Increased Critical St0rikes, Increased Critical Strike Damage, Momentum, Hypothermia (Ascendancy Hatred gives us cold damage)

Bow: Ensnaring Arrow>Manaforged Arrow, Enduring Cry>Call to Arms, Purity of Elements, Precision

Spirit Offering>Elemental Weakness> Desecrate>Arcanist Brand

Prismatic Clones>Guardians Blessing>Vaal Haste>Feeding Frenzy

Raise Spectre>Minion Life/Meat Shield, Determination, Flame Dash

Defensive Layers:
Spell Suppression: Obtainable through gear, quartz flask and the passive tree.
Sentinel of Radiance: Takes 20% of damage from its life before yours.
Jinxed JuJu: Takes 10% of damage from your specters life before yours.
Armour: Ideally want Determination level 21, increased effect implicit on chest, and Armour/Evasion gear pieces along with flasks to get comfortably around 20-40K Armour.
Enduring Cry/Call to Arms:
This will help generate endurance charges which will greatly help your survivability against physical damage. It will also grant us 2k life regen for a couple seconds.
This works nice in combination with the ascendancy so more often than not we are regenerating 2k, or even as much as 6k life per second.
(Optional)Manaforged Arrow/Ensnaring Arrow: This is used as a hybrid damage/survivability setup. We want to ensnare bosses to increase our damage and also slow it.
This works really good for rare monsters too which can be scary if they are too fast.
(Optional)Stone Golem of Safeguarding: This can be used to get additional physical damage reduction from hits. It will take Aldrich implicits and lots of scaled Minion life to make this work. I personally ditched this setup for a more damage setup.
(Optional)CWDT + Molten Shell:
Most builds use this setup and it will definitely help. You can even use vaal molten shell to have for scary situations.
(Optional)Fourth Vow/Glorious Vanity:
This is probably one of the tankiest setups that we can use. Being able to apply Armour to chaos damage taken means our Armour is more valuable.
Glorious Vanity under the Xibaqua influence will give us a modified keystone to Divine Flesh. This converts 50% of the elemental damage taken to chaos while simultaneously raising our maximum chaos resistance by 5%.
This makes our Armour extremely effective and you can have up to 80% chaos resistance.

Playstyle:
You will want to cast mirror arrow for damage or you can do blink arrow. I prefer not having to blink into danger to have damage.
Blink Arrow, Activate Haste, Mirror Arrow, (Do these alternately while traversing a map to keep Haste active), Cast Arcanist brand to automatically cast desecrate, spirit offering, and elemental weakness simultaneously
(Usually only need this for tanky rares or bosses). Keep casting your BAMA setups at least every 4.6 seconds to have 100% uptime of Fresh Meat and to activate manaforged arrows.
Have Vaal Haste bound to a button and Vaal Molten Shell if you want. I went for the minimalist approach to using buttons. You can play however you want, this is not the best way. Use Flame Dash to get out of dangerous situations.

Things I found rippy:
Betrayal (Died once to ghosted Leo)
Exarch (Annoying Ball Phase)
Breach (Overwhelming amount of mobs)
Torment (For Obvious Reasons)
Exiles (For Also, Obvious Reasons)
DEGENS, DEGENS, DEGENS

Pitfalls (in my experience):
Getting decent spell suppression gear. Expedition is by far the best way.

Exarch is a terrible fight on this character. Don't do what I did. Get a Rise of the Pheonix for weapon swapping, Ruby Flask, and use Purity of Fire. Should be close to 90% Max Fire Resistance.
I also didn't have Molten Shell when I faced him so I couldn't use this in the ball phase. If using Purity of Fire you may want to still use Purity of Elements for the ignite immunity. The ignite will kill you otherwise.

The build felt slow in hardcore. This was mainly because I league started this build and didn't have good gear. I wasn't suppression capped until red maps. My physical mitigation was also not good.
This would be a better build used as a strict bosser I think. Although it's not a slow build I think I was just slow with it.

Damage mods on red maps really hurt.
