HOW TO FIX PHYS REFLECT (temporarily):

Easiest/most cost efficient solution:

-> Respec all 3 nodes in the Nimbleness wheel

OR

-> Respec all 3 nodes in the Mark the Prey wheel

THEN

-> Spend those 3 points to grab Avatar of Fire

You now cannot deal Physical Damage anymore and thus can't die to Physical Reflect.
No extra chest piece or silly workarounds required. Always have a few respec points available.
Keep in mind that you will lose the ability to inflict Shock, further lowering DPS a little.
Use this method for (Uber) Atziri, or the mirror clone will instantly make you kill yourself.
