Can go Stormshroud with Elevated Crusader boots and Insulated on a Megalomaniac
Can go Grand Spectrum (3x Ailment). 
Maybe optimal is Elevated Crusader boots (shock avoid), Stormshroud, Grand Spectrum (1x Ailment, 1x Frenzy, 1x Endurance). 
Could also explore Ancestral Vision setups.
