Dont waste money on 20 min dmg & 20 hypo helmet, 16->20 dmg difference is like 2-3% of total dmg.

Best boots implicit is 10% increased cooldown recovery and drop brittle on ground

Best body armour is +1 spectre with high armour base and other good stats + eldritch implicits (hatred effect with either +2 maximum ress or increased non-curse aura effect)

Other good options on body armour is 

brass dome +5 maximum ress non corrupted -------> OPTIONAL MORE EXPENSIVE! with corrupted +2 to socketed minion gems and/or +1 socketed gems
Skin of the loyal non corrupted-------->OPTIONAL MORE EXPENSIVE! with corrupted +2 to socketed minion gems and/or +1 socketed gems

Optional jewels: hubris jewel with impossible escape,  forbidden flesh/flame with elemancer or bone barrier or liege of the primordial or void beacon can be used

You want to have around 10s duration on Molten shell and around 3s cd on it. 
When Molten shell is on CD your EHP is only around 66k. (20% increased dmg taken)
So make sure to avoid damage.

Minion blind on hit is useless at this point.

Make sure zombie quality + vaal skeletons quality has a total of minimum 40 with ashes. This way you can skip buying super expensive vaal skeleton lvl 21 with 20 q.
