Notes

PoB is fucky with loadouts because of the "alternative trees" so you have to manually change the config to whichever version you wanna look at but the "low" and "mid" budget configs are basically the same.


-------------------leveling-----------------
For leveling I just levelled with Spectral Throw DO NOT LEVEL AS SPLITTING STEEL LIKE...FOR REAL MAN I TRIED IT IT'S ASS. 
Just wait until you can wear 2 Ephemeral Edges and can start stacking es and it's fine from that point on (level 32) I had like 2300 es in act 5 and it's pretty fun at that point but probably don't switch to splitting steel until you can use
return projectiles.


-------------------------Splitting Steel Mechanics-------------
Spliting steel when used with "Return Projectiles" isn't calcualted in pob so I have to put that 55% less damage mod manually in the config. 
Here's the thing about splitting steel, if the target is big then you can hit all projectiles but you have to be in melee range and that's only when it's a big target. When you have a Nimis I found it to be a lot easier to get the projectiles to return into
whatever I was targetting.
