Fractured quality 25+ Horror essence on conquest lamellar. ilvl 86
Use greed essence til t1 armour and evasion. use prefixes cannot change and veiled orb. Its a 50/50 to land a prefix and then Rng to get ailments.
Use prefixes cannot change reforge phys til 8%
