Raise Spectre of Transience can raise additional spectres (up to 4 at max gem lvl and 20% quality) that are temporary. Unlike your regular spectres they despawn on screen transitions, have worse survivability, have limited dmg due to the lack of support gems and are 
primarily used to introduce Feeding Frenzy and Culling Strike.
