Notes

Why are there 3 Reap gems in the Main Skill Setup you big noob? > Its to simulate the overlap of Awakened Cascade, if you use PoB's Count feature it will count the Vaal Reap aswell which is incorrect.

Forbidden Flame/Flesh Best Options:

Deadeye: Frenzy Charges while moving, every 3 seconds. Permanent Tailwind for 8% action Speed, 25% increased effect of Assassins Mark

Hierophant: Permanent Arcane Surge which gives 10% more Spell damage, Mana Maximum and damage taken from mana barely matter, adds about 1.5M DPS

Necromancer: Gives 3 Options to use for the remaining Open Socket -> Bone Offering: Adds a Huge 40K EHP pad as it gived 36%35% Chance to Block Attack/Spell - Id say the best Choice

Spirit Offering: Mostly for the Crit multiplier adds about 1M DPS

Flesh Offering: Movement Speed + Cast Speed adds about 1.5M DPS and 16% movement Speed

Why Vaal Discipline? Why Eternal Youth?

Eternal Youth allows Life to recharge instead of Energy Shield, and as with Energy Shield recharge,
any damage taken which causes life loss will cause it to be interrupted.
A character with Dissolution of the Flesh does not lose life from taking damage directly but reserves life equal to damage taken instead.
However, reserving life can still make you lose life if your maximum unreserved life drops below your current life value.
When this happens, you are losing life from taking damage, which is the condition that inhibits Recharge.

There are two workarounds for this issue:

Vaal Discipline prevents interruption from taking damage. Wicked Ward provides a weaker version of this stat, requiring a recent interruption.

Petrified Blood stops current life from recovering above 50%, preventing reservation from being considered taking damage until you reserve over 50% of your life.

The Apostate: Drops from Uber Venarius. Cannot be chanced.

Rathpith Glove: Can be chanced, Can drop anywhere, League-specific Legion. Can be Randomed from Div Card, Singular Incubator + Time-Lost Incubator
