Notes
MY NOTES:
Mark effect 200% (+2 projectiles)
Flask Effect 50% (+1 projectile and 45% phys taken as ele)
70% Chain off terrain (TWWT + Richoet+ Gaze jewel)
Swapped to vicious proj over faster attacks support - Looses life but 2x dps
Might want to look at mana leech if having mana issues. But atm its seems fine.
TODO once have all the pieced in standard: Might also drop vitality, as I am not using lifetap any more. Was able to use Enligiten to lower manacosts - This allows me to drop druidic rite for 3 points to spend on the tree for more dps.
TODO Need to roll the watchers eye with $$$ div
This build has EXTREMELY strict requirements. Please refer to this guide as a reference to make sure your build hits all the important checks required for the build to function as not all items used in the PoB are easily obtainable due to legacy uniques or currency constraints.
About breakpoints:
================================================================
-----This breakpoint is IMPORTANT-----
At least 100% reduced duration of Lightning Warp, any additional reduced duration is meaningless. If you cannot obtain an Asenath's Mark/Chant with Lightning Warp duration enchant, Less Duration support can be used but will be ~11% slower.
Ideal recommended setup is:
~45% from L16 Lightning Warp gem
~25% from Window of Opportunity passive tree cluster
~30% from Helmet Enchant
-----This breakpoint is IMPORTANT-----
At least 204% total travel skill cooldown reduction. A single % lower halves the speed of the build.
Ideal recommended setup is:
~50% from Watcher's Eye
~75% from passive tree (30% north, 45% south)
~20% from belt
~15% from Saboteur ascendancy
~12% from TWWT jewel
~32% from boots implicit
This setup provides 204% CDR on the dot. Any small missing CDR can be made up with 3% CDR abyss jewels. Alternatively, The Stampede unique boots can be used which provides a massive 80% travel CDR in which case you would only need CDR from passive tree and Watcher's Eye to hit the desired breakpoint.
-----This breakpoint is IMPORTANT-----
At least 50% increased flask effect is required to bolster many aspects of this build. Flasks patch up many of the build's defensive and offensive weaknesses and FULL uptime is mandatory to sustain your attacks and movement.
Ideal recommended setup is:
~18% from Belt
~20% from passive tree
~17% from chest implicit
This setup provides 55% increased flask effect. There aren't really any other viable alternatives to this.
-----This breakpoint is FLEXIBLE-----
An attack rate in the range of 10-10.14 per second is ideal. 407-410% total increased attack speed with a base 2.20 APS weapon is optimal to reach this sweet spot. Any more or less will make the build slower but it's not a big deal as the build will still likely be too fast in most scenarios with even a 7-8 attack rate. More attack speed beyond 10.14 attack rate actually lowers the amount of triggers per second due to your attack speed misaligning with Lightning Warp's trigger rate.
Because of the extremely high amount of variables that go into this category, don't worry about it too much as being fully optimal at 10-10.14 APS is actually too fast for players to control perfectly even in open maps like Beach and Strand.

About gems:
Bow: This is where we will socket Enlighten + high reservation auras along with Automation + Immortal Call. There is no other place to socket Automation due to our other skills requiring 3Ls.
Chest: This is where we will socket our main attack skill due to the -15 cost and Maim link. Awakened Vicious Projectiles support can be used for significantly more damage at the cost of speed if desired.
Helmet: Gems socketed in Asenath's should be split linked 2-2 or 2-1-1 as we don't want Lifetap to support our auras. Precision and Vitality are not linked to Enlighten in the 6L bow because Automation + Immortal Call does not work when socketed in Asenath's.
Gloves/Boots: Ideal for Sniper's Mark/Manaforged Arrows 3L setups.
Vitality is needed to nullify Lightning Warp + Lifetap health cost otherwise the amount of Lightning Warp triggers will eat our entire health pool in seconds when we're not leeching.

About items:
Equipment:
Bow: Wrath Wing is the best mirrorable choice available due to the necessary high base crit.
Quiver: Glyph Flight is the best mirrorable choice available due to the low opportunity cost of the additional projectile behaviour of pierce which greatly increases clear speed as the build does not have easy access to other projectile modifiers like chain or fork. 32% benched WED is also stronger than flaring.
Helmet: The core of the build.
Chest: Viper Ward is the best mirrorable choice available due to the unique -15 cost of socketed attacks mod needed to control mana cost.
Gloves: Armageddon Grip is the best mirrorable choice available.
Boots: Miracle Spark is the best mirrorable choice available. Life regeneration suffix is important to infinitely sustain Lightning Warp triggers during leech downtime.
Amulet: Gloom Beads is the best mirrorable choice available.
Rings: Miracle Spiral is the best mirrorable choice available giving the perfect amount of IIR before heavy diminishing returns to maximize value out of item rarity.
Belt: Domination Harness is the only mirrorable choice available. Increased Flask Charges Gained is recommended to offset the Reduced Charges Gained downside of veiled Flask Effect otherwise you will not be able to gain ANY flask charges in maps with the "Players gain 50% reduced flask charges" mod when amped by the atlas tree to at least 67%.
Jewels:
Abyss Jewels: Morbid Iridescence is the best choice available.
Large Cluster Jewels: Honour Ruin is the best mirrorable choice available. 1p Voices is the best secondary large cluster to use.
Medium Cluster Jewel: Dusk Hope is the best mirrorable choice available but any 4p or 5p Aura cluster with Frantic Aspect and Spiteful Presence works perfectly fine.
Small Cluster Jewel: Plague Sliver is the best mirrorable choice available.
Forbidden Flesh/Flame: Allocated Pathfinder is recommended to help with full passive flask uptime in scenarios where you would go a long time without being able to obtain flask charges from monsters such as some T17 map bosses.
Watcher's Eye: 50% travel CDR while affected by Haste is mandatory. Hatred Crit is the next highest priority mod and any 3rd mod is a bonus.
Lethal Pride: 16491 seed gives a whopping 25% chance to deal double damage and is the best choice available.
TWWT: 12% CDR is mandatory unless augmented by other sources. Cannot take reflected elemental damage is great mapping QoL.
Flasks:
Full power legacy Taste of Hate, Vessel of Vinktar, Dying Sun, and The Wise Oak are extremely overpowered giving massive boosts to DPS and defenses while capping out elemental resistances for free.
Diamond Flask with legacy reduced mana cost of skills crafted is mandatory. Diamond Flask is the best choice as it consumes very few charges per use for our passive flask charge regen from Pathfinder ascendancy to give full uptime. Sandbagged 21% benched reduced cost is on purpose to set the mana cost of TS to exactly 1 which is needed for Inspiration Charges and Manaforged Arrows to trigger. This value may be different depending on gem setup so divine accordingly if you use different support gems.
Quicksilver is not used because movement speed on this build does not matter at all as your movement is completely tied to your attack rate rather than movement speed.
================================================================
About configuration:
Since this is mainly a mapping/MF build the configuration is set up in a map setting with full passive combat buffs and on kill effects enabled.
================================================================
Other build notes:
This build is somewhat squishy but there's enough bulk for comfortable play. Just don't go AFK in the middle of a few monsters or run into bearers or map effect AoEs and you should never die in T16 8 mod maps. T17 maps are also fine if not stacking extremely difficult map mods but all the T17 map layouts suck and will feel constricting.
ALL T16 map mods are easily doable except "Monsters Reflect X Elemental Damage." Even with Awakened WED you will still die to reflect from your LW, Tornado, or Frenzy triggers though this can be bypassed with a "Cannot Take Reflected Elemental Damage" TWWT. "Players have 40% less cooldown recovery" is an annoying mod as it halves the "normal" insane speed of the build.
Full flask uptime is also MANDATORY which is why we invest highly into flask duration and charge generation to keep full uptime.
~80+ unreserved mana is required for our passive Sniper's Mark + Immortal Call triggers.
Rain of Arrows can also be a fun alternative to Tornado Shot as the main skill for this build but is significantly less efficient clear speed wise. RoA however does not have the 0.8x attack speed penalty that TS does so it can be faster for pure mobility if you can't reach the 10 APS breakpoint with TS.
