Notes

Note: You need +2 intelligence from somewhere if you're using awaken enlighten, synth implicit on a jewel is the easiest solution or sacrifice res on a medium for int.

Awaken enlighten also isn't needed. With enlighten 4 you have to use a lower lvl precision and then use global accuracy tattoos over a few movement speed tattoos.

For medium clusters, you want atleast 1 streamlined, preferable 2. The build has so much dmg that eye to eye really is just not needed.

Lethal pride: You just want as many double damage nodes as possible, intimidate is also good if you don't have the mirror ring. Preferable look for 3 double damage and 1 intimidate or 4 double damage.

Headhunter: all res headhunter isn't needed, but helps with overcapping res for altars.

Don't swap out mirage archer, if you want better map clear for something like t16s then use awakened chain(drop vicious proj) and take the chain nodes on the skill tree over bleed crit wheel.

For maximum damage you have to be standing on top on the boss, this causes nearly all of your tornado shot projectiles to hit, giving you massive dps and it'll instantly stack your oath of spring.

Preferable try to be 40% lightning/cold overcap so you still have res after taking altars.

If you want to be reflect immune, then you have to use reflect pantheon and use the elemental mastery for 60% reduced reflected damage over invert (this is a big dps loss, but playable on high budget)

--Amulet-- You can either go for a budget utmost (3-5% max res, 30% attack speed, 16%+ pen and any amount of suppress) or go for a simplex with life/multi/crafted proj speed.
The most budget option is hyrri's truth, while it gives similar damage to a simplex or utmost, it gives 0 defense. But it's good for how cheap it is.
If you use utmost or simplex, then takeout enhance for precision lvl 16-17 in your gem links.

Endgame goal is a GG utmost for both a lot of defense (6 max res with catalyst) and really good offense power. Simplex should be cheaper, but check prices.
Make sure to use suppression tattoos to reach 100% and/or spec into entrench

Watchers eye: The only mandatory mod is physical damage converted to cold damage. After that try to get any good damage/defense mod (hatred crit, hatred pen, grace evade).
Could also take the cold mastery for 40% cold convert, but it seems to be the weakest option for dps.

---Important---
You need 1 abyss jewel with flat lightning damage, this will be enough to do the minimum 2% shock, even on uber bosses. (if you're lesser geared, you might need 2 abyss jewels with flat lightning).

If you have trouble freezing then swap in hypothermia over mirage archer (worse clear, but will help freezing with heatshiver, shouldn't be an issue unless you're very low geared).

Ideally you want to be 99% cold convert, this way you still have 1% physical damage to bleed enemies for the bleed crit wheel. If you have 100% cold convert, then drop the bleed crit wheel for more cluster passives.

-------Crafting Guide-------- 
Note when eldritch crafting your implcitis you want your desired mod to be lower tier then your undesired mod before orb of conflicting, this slightly increased the chance of succeeding. This only works until exceptional tier.

Quiver: Buy a fractured +1 arrow or T1 multi base, preferable on feathered arrow quiver. Needs to be at least ilvl 81, (ilvl 86 is ideal though)
1) Spam contempt essence until you hit T1 multi (or +1 arrow if you have a fractured multi base).
2) You now need 2 empty prefixes and 1 empty suffix. Annul if you need to, high chance to brick and if it does, back to step 1.
3) Craft cannot roll attack and use a combination of exalts/annuls until your desired life/increased damage with bow skills.
When you have "craft cannot roll attack" you wont be able to annul your +1 arrow, or multi or flat physical damage. And your only exalt outcomes are maximum life and increased damage with bows skills.

Body armour: Either self fracture or buy a T1 life fractured evasion chest. Use supreme leather if you dont want to use tailoring orb. (if you go for syndicate's garb you need to tailoring orb for 40% reduced attribute requirement)
1) Spam wrath essence until you hit t1 spell suppression. - If you have 3 suffixes then you have to annul, need 1 open suffix.
2) Lock suffixes with "suffixes cannot be changed" and reforge chaos until t2 or t1 chaos resist. (if you get t3 or lower, go for annul and repeat)
3) Use wild bristle matreon in bestiary for a cheap "suffixes cannot be changed" and then use a veiled orb. Before unveiling craft block chance
You ideally want to unveil %life, but getting avoid ailments/stun avoid is also fine. Craft the one you didn't unveil.

Gloves:
To start off you need to buy gloves with either "increased damage against chilled enemies" or "added fire damage against burning enemies" or "increased critical strike chance vs shocked enemies"
The base type of these do not matter as you will recomb.
1) Recomb these gloves with velour gloves. The best method I found is just to scour your velour gloves, recomb and pray.
2) After you have the modifier on your gloves, feel free to use the harvest res swap bench to get your ideal temple mod/cheaper method then divining. Then use a fracturing orb and hope it hits
3) Now use the fossil combo of hollow-shuddering-sanctified until t1 attack speed. Can also annul for an open suffix, then lock suffixes and reforge speed (if you remove the abyss socket, then go back to fossils).
4) Use wild bristle matreon in bestiary for a cheap "suffixes cannot be changed" and then harvest reforge life until t1 or t2 life. Use 1 more wild bristle matreon and use a veiled orb, craft "physical damage reduction while focous" and unveil
The unveil part can easily take up to 8 veiled orbs, it's pretty rng. If you want to settle you could always go for perfect 35% cold conversion on your implicit (but then you only generate 1 rage per an attack) and use crafted cold conversion.

Boots: Fractured abyss socket on velour boots.
1) Use defeaning essence of loathing until you hi T1 of any ele resistance (can use harvest resist swap after).
2) Use wild bristle matreon in bestiary for a cheap "suffixes cannot be changed" and then harvest reforge life until t1 or t2 life. Use 1 more wild bristle matreon and use a veiled orb, craft hybrid life/evasion and unveil
3) Boots are done, ideally you want to unveil MS/MS if you have't been hit recently but onslaught is also fine.

Rings: Both rings have the exact same crafting method, you just roll for a different suffix. (one wants int, other wants all res). Buy or self fracture "increased elemental damage with attack skills"
1) Spam defeaning essence of scorn until you hit Int or all res (one ring needs int and one all res). T2 or T1 is fine.
2) Lock suffixes with "suffixes cannot be changed" and reforge chaos until t2 or t1 chaos resist. (if you get t3 or lower, go for annul and repeat)
3) Use wild bristle matreon in bestiary for a cheap "suffixes cannot be changed" and then harvest add/remove life for t1 life (reforge will have a high chance to fill). Use wild bristle matreon to clear prefixes if you hit a lower tier of life.

Medium Clusters:
1) You just spam harvest reforge speed, annul/exalt when needed. Can also fracture a t1 mod if you want to make a 4xT1 medium cluster. (have 3 mods, so the fracture has a 75% chance of succeeding).

Large Clusters: 
1) Fracture 35% effect, can go for 3% attack speed/35% effect for a 50/50 fracture.
2) Spam harvest reforge speed and exalt/annul when you hit 3/4 mods. Spam reforge life if you have 3% attack speed fractured. This is a long and costly process.
Can settle for t2 life, but you need 3% attack speed/35% effect/4% all res.
