(Disclaimer - the majority of the PoB is based on Zizaran's latest Archmage Ice nova 3.25 PoB, also, this is theoretical, I haven't played this exact build, but have tried this skill in the past and played Archmage many times, so I'm sure it'll work as intended) * Endgame version - 13mil DPS and 82k EHP (15.7mil DPS and 126k EHP with Frost Shield & Sigil of Power on) * Budget league start version - 4.3mil DPS and 61k EHP (5.5mil DPS and 93k EPH with Frost Shield & Sigil of Power on) * Can league start? yup, use budget version * SSF friendly? Budget version is, Endgame version is not (You can use the endgame version as a template and build it into endgame your own way) * About Cold snap of Power - Has really high Effectiveness of added damage (320%) and base Crit Chance (10%), the draw back is that it has a cooldown of 3 seconds. * How it works - You can bypass the 3 seconds cooldown by "expanding" a power charge (In simpler words, by "eatting" 1 power charge), in order to generate power charges and not get stuck between 0 and 1 charges we link the skill with Spell Echo, so you get 2 casts per use. * Why not use Spell Cascade? - It's hard to make the 4-5 instances to overlap (need over 4.7m AOE according to some old videos/reddit posts, and even then, it doesn't look like they overlap in a narrow enough spot to "shotgun" a boss), the DPS is already good and we have a radius of 4.0m which is more than enough for clear. * Defense - We have a high amount of Life, Mana and ES, with 50% Mind over matter and 1.6k mana regen, Corrupted Soul (Which splits damage taken between all 3 life/mana/es) and Instant leech for both Life and ES, along with 100% Spell suppression, full elemental ailment immunity, effectively stun immune, 4 endurance charges, 75% allress and 75% chaos res. * Offense - Huge amount of flat lightning damage from Archmage, 9 Power charges, consistent 50% Shock effect on Pinnacle bosses (Thanks to Lightning Mastery), Conductivity, Wrath aura (Eternal Blessing) * QoL - Automated Arcane Cloak (Linked to Automation), giga fast Frostblink (Can replace with or add Flame dash for instant teleport), 1 Button playstyle mapping, need to activate Conductivity, Sigil of Power and Frost Shield for Bosses/hard encounters (AoE of Sigil and Frost Shield are HUGE).
