Update: POB was not calculating weapon's implicit elemental damage so added item from the game and found it had 22M missing damage.

Blind is from a Tattoo of Tasalio Warrior (apply anywhere in passive tree)
Resistance capping: Chaos res minimum is 20%, PLEASE CAP YOUR ELEMENTAL RES!! (can use tattoos to fix resistances)
Spell Suppress capping: Can use Tattoo of the Ramako Shaman to cap that as well
Vaal Arctic Armour ONLY (no Arctic armour) / Or use Vaal Haste

Build can also be played with: Molten Strike, Frost Blades (most of the strike skills)
For even MORE single target damage: Turn a green socket from body armour to white with Omen of Blanching, then swap lightning strike to molten strike.
If the Banishing Blade Sword went up in price, you can use Rakiata's dance.

Worst T17/map mods:
area contains runes of searing exarch

Tested cannot regen and less recovery mods and no issues.
But weakness is damage over time when not leeching/hitting something

Two handed weapons (except staves) cannot compete with shield based builds for defenses, so if you have a serious skill issue,
use claw + svalinn and exchange the 2 handed passive points for shield nodes. THIS REDUCES DAMAGE SEVERELY.
I prefer to kill mosters before they hit me. So my builds will always be focussed on damage + attack/cast speed with decent defences (enough to facetank offscreen / unjust hits).
