Notes
!!!DISCLAIMER!!! This Path of Building is a Work in Progress - This PoB is configurend to the non Updated Frost Blades Skill Gem Because of the fact, that that this Tree got made before 3.25 was finally released, we won't have all crucial Information for Minmaxxing the Build. Also, this build is aimed for Players who got experience with leveling Melee Characters, since i won't provide Leveling Gear. Decisions Made considering Marauder/Berserker as a starting class: - I decided against Claws, because sword nodes are easier to access, Jewelled Foil has a higher Base Dmg, than Imperial Claw and gives a 25% Critical Strike Multiplier for free (Scaling to 100% Crit Chance can be a pain in the ass for Berserk, Claws would make that part easier) - I decided against Warden, because i do not have any experience with it and was to lazy to truly understand her capabilities. Also i did way too much tripple elly claws so far and wanted to go phys convert. This part of Hatred actually got buffed not nerfed - I decided against Slayer, because of the teasers, which on one hand nerfed rage, which makes Berserks rage scaling way more important than before and the easy access to attack speed, which is the FEELGOOD stat for Melee. - The Items used in this PoB are not minmaxxed, rather supply a gearset, which can be achieved within the first week of the league, further optimisations will happen once we know more of the league contents, balance and new bases introduced - We will also have to address Capping Spell Suppression via Tattoos/Better gear or Tree Adjustments - I had dual wielding in Mind, but was too lazy, to recraft the jewels, so life with that, if you really want to dive deep into this PoB - I went against Trickster, because i also have played that too much in the past aswell - Nothing bad with using the preexisting guides for frost blade league start for Trickster, since that is a proven build. I personally can recommend it, have tried it and the Claw Scaling is really accesseble as a trickster, because of the you basically have no pathing costs there. !!!DISCLAIMER OVER!!! - This Tree Works as a template for any attack based Strike Skill, if you cut out the "Fangs of Frost" and "Primeval Forces" Clusters, since these are the only Cold/Elemental Dmg specific nodes i took, if you plan to use this Template as a non strike skill, you'll also need to find a better place for your Skill Points than the "Tribal Fury" Cluster - Early on you want to rush for "Tribal Fury", because this gives access to the Attack Mastery "Non-Vaal Strike skills target an additional nearby Enemy", after that i will be rushing "Fangs of Frost" for the 40% Cold Conversion mastery with the build in 60% that the skill provides out of the box. This will get you the 100% Cold Conversion and will allow you to either skill Physical or Cold Damage increases or more dmg. I recommend Focusing more on the flat dmg, that gets provided via your weapon (and less likely) other sources and use modifiers, which will grant you Phys as Extra Cold Dmg.
