Notes

Items:
- Must use a melee weapon for the sake of Dominating Blow. Essences of Fear and big helps here.
- Flasks are optional.
- Listed items are basic guidelines.
- Increases to minion damage (100%+) are stronger than increasing minion gem levels unless the increases to minion gem level are stacked quite high.
- Strength based shields have 21%+ reduced Crit. damage taken mods. Minion based shields do not.

Pantheon:
- With the tree I've chosen, then Pantheon is a must. The combo of the tree and upgraded Pantheon makes us immune to Chill, Freeze, and Shock.

Rupture:
- Rupture is tricky. It does HUGE damage with a massive decrease in DOT time. It's really not worth having more than one Rupture on an enemy at a time. A normal bleed lasts 5 seconds. 1 Rupture lasts 1.3 seconds instead. Adding a 2nd Rupture makes Rupture last only .4 seconds, with a 3rd one making Rupture last only .2 seconds. So don't focus too much on Crit. Chance. You'll occasionally get Rupture on the Reaper's Ultimate attack, but not often. It's huge for the default attacks though.
- Rupture is Bleeding. If a bleed is on an enemy, it'll start the 5-second bleed timer. If that hit also Ruptured, the bleed's duration "speeds up", at the cost of more damage. When the Rupture expires, the bleed continues at the regular bleed damage for whatever the remaining duration of the bleed would be.

Minion Life:
- There isn't any (minion life investment). For this build, I opted to give US the extra survivability instead of giving it to our minions. That means you'll need to set your expectations a bit that there will be some situations where the Reaper is going to need to be summoned repeatedly. It'll almost never happen in a boss fight, but it'll happen occasionally while mapping/delving or whatever.

Block:
- I personally hate chance-based mitigation, but it's fun to try every now and then. So here it is.

Non-Reaper Minions:
- The Sentinels of both skills are intertwined in a few things:
  1) No matter what's supporting it, Dominating Blow will only cost 15%- mana reservation.
  2) Herald of Purity increases it's mana reservation based on it's support gems.
  3) Our melee weapon allows Dominating Blow to summon minions.
  4) The Mirages from General's Cry are not minions, though, like totems, the mirages use OUR stats (not minion stats).
  5) The Sentinels are not reapers, therefore the Reaper does weaken their damage and life.
  6) When a Mirage hits an enemy, that's what procs the posibility of a Herald spawning.
  7) Herald of Purity doesn't boost any other minion's stats.
  8) Sentinels from Dominating Blow are mostly there for the physical damage mitigation from Bone Barrier (ascendancy) and to help proc the Sentinels from Herald of Purity.
  9) Herald of Purity is there for bonus damage (the Sentinels are strong, plus Feeding Frenzy and Maim.)
  10) Basically, we're using 40% mana reservation for 3 types of bonus damage and 10% flat physical damage mitigation.

Levelling:
- To discover where your gems unlock, click on the Pobb as a link and hover over your gems.
- Don't rush the tree. Take the nodes in linear order and select all nodes as they come.
- The majority of non-gear defence is in the latter half of the levelling experience. So if you're playing HC, keep that in mind as you level.
