Notes
You will most likely struggle with attributes and resistances while transitioning. Use rare gear pieces to cap these out as needed.
To note that the attribute mastery gives you up to 85 strength/dexterity with our tree.
Swap One Step Ahead to Swift Killer once you have Frenzy Charge genration on your chest.
Take Whispers of Doom and your 2nd curse (Elemental Weakness) after you have a Profane Proxy. Goes on left ring slot.
OK to use Rime Gaze until you can afford Crown of the Inward Eye.
Sin Treks are OK to use early on, but you will need to replace it to get Scorched Ground later.
Dragonfang's Flight conveniently solves a lot of reservation problems... but I hope it stays 25 chaos because nobody plays Wintertide Brand. You can always use a 2% increased reservation efficiency of skills corrupted jewels instead.
In terms of amulet power, a +2 Amulet with DoT Multiplier and 1-3 other mods is always stronger than DragonFangs Flight, however a +2 amulet is usually 10+ Divines for a damage increase that exists but isnt that big.
The passive skill tree is for a level 95 character. You should prioritize getting notables on wheels that we allocate a mastery towards. By proxy, the last things you should get are the ones without a mastery.
Therefore, the last things you should allocate are:
-Jewel Sockets (depends on how good your watcher's eye and other jewels are I guess)
-Season of Ice
-Steeped in Profane
For futureproofing, this PoB has no Affliction ascendancy bonuses.
