Use more duration if mana costs are ok (this increases it further tho, so careful)
If you don't need either of them, can use Withering Step for extra pop when mapping
Lower IC level also lowers the mana cost

Though getting the HoAg one will make your life easier with +20% poison chance and 75% res, so could be the early game pick
(Though I imagine the heralds might have some impact early game, and without conversion chest any %PDR is very welcome)

Born of Chaos - cheap/obtainable alternative to good rare life(+es) and maxres jewels
Not much for minion. We want life/es, poison chance, res, max res, dex/str, maybe cast speed as like a 0.5 stat.
