This simple starter build is intended to get 2 watch stones, uber lab, and enough currency to respec. It isnt tanky, fast, or damaging enough to do ubers or t17's unless youre ben. 
5link, 2 ascendancy points, lvl90, no jewels. 3mil dps.       
Buy uniques for 1-5c per, fill out rares for 5c per, and run merc lab for pconc of bouncing.    
All very achieveable day1.

you have 12 open suffixes over 4 rare items to fix resists. Alternatively 2 suffixes of 30 res each per item, allowing for some chaos res as a third suffix. Just get life prefix. 
you need 14 strength to just use lvl20 purity of elements. keep it at 19 or just get some strength on the empty jewel socket. 

Only mandatory uniques for dmg are amy and gloves. 
The rings and shield are optional. If you dont have +1 curse ring, youl need to drop temp chains.
alchemists mark is mandatory for frenzy generation. 

You can push 6mil dps with a 6link, thread spinner, and silk dancer ascendancy points. However this isnt necessary as 3mil dps is enough for non uber bossing.
