Tips:


1. Weapon for this build is pretty imoprtant because its the damage scale very hard with the damage on the weapon. 
You will need to get we weapon pretty often like every 8-10 levels. There is a vendor recipe that will help you.

The vendor recipe is: Rare Rustic sash + whetstone and the normal rarity weapon. It will yield a magic weapon with the 50-64% physical damage. Craft suffix from the crafting bench like attack speed for smoother leveling

2. Vulnerability is our curse and great damage boost. Use it on all single targets that can survive a few seconds. 

3. We will use the transfigured version of Ground slam. You can farm it before you kill Act 10 kitava. Everytime check the other gem prices when you not getting the ground slam.

4. The tincture tech is only avaible when you allocated the Bloodsoaked Blade keystone. It will trun the mana burn to "life" burn we can take up to 23 stack before we starting noticing the degen.
I dont know when the first tincutres will be avaible in terms of levels. You can use it before the keystone BUT if you already allocated the blood magic it will not work cuz you dont have mana.

5. You dont need to "piano" all the warcries if you can kill monsters without it. Only keep up the enduring cry this will give you huge life regen.

6. You can grab almost any melee skill from the start if you want to experiment but the current tree is desinged for axe and slams.

7. Till you have capped suppression you can use the lucky suppression mastery this will keep you safe.
