Youll drop 20% dmg if you just do these upgrades but youll get much more tanky
Since i dont know ur budget i just went for the cheapest options
If you have problems with chaos dmg go for light of meaning  next to mom
The anvil is kinda troll but is still better then hyrris if u dont run the aura (i assume u dont since it was disabled)
ur jewels are shit upgrade them 
same with clusters
GET AN ANCIENT SKULL WITH +1 POWER CHARGES they are dirt cheap and easy dmg
Replica Restless is pretty straight forward use it to cap block
Get a better Aegis sort by armor and limit with ur budget
 Upgrade ur boots at least if you do afk content ie blight simu ulti drop ms otherwise keep ms
