Get a 35% Inc Effect and 30 Ele pen Tincture

Get a decent Atziri's

Get another Veteran Defender Feed the Fury, and  a throwaway notable 8 passive cluster

Get 2 %ES and x2 attack speed jewels (2 of the following: attack speed, attack speed with swords, attack and cast speed, attack speed while holding a shield)

Ideally you also get a jewel with % chance to shock, otherwise you have no access to Shock on enemies that you dont or cant curse with conductivity. 

You also should go for a re craft of your chest with fractured 22% Spell Suppress. If you really want to be tanky, it's non negotiable.

Turn on the tincture, Frenzy charges, and Shock to see your optimal burst DPS.
