I was bored and decided to make a quick build with the just as of 8 August teased new Mokou's Embrace. I was too lazy to make seperate gem setups per level, but if you're following this build you're probably a grown up and you can decide for yourself what you wanna do in life. Make sure, you're resistance capped first. Gluttony belt is mandatory to ignite ourselves with shield charge/flame dash even though we can't activate our life recovery, we can use it to activate onslaught from our chest and our amulet which gives us endurance charge generation. We need the endurance charges to lose them via a low level immortal call/CWDT setup and gain the extra damage from our ascendency. The build revolves around blocking, but before we block our first hit we don't have as many block chance as we're supposed to have. That means don't test your luck in boss fights you will lose the 55/67 roll more often than you'd think. On gear look for high life and life regenration/recovery rate and Dexterity first to fit our stat requirements and to be able to run RF which is a big damage increase, then look for filler stats like chaos resistance and flat life regeneration. Our chest is a lil bit of an exception, a T1 PDR (physical damage reduction) roll is almost mandatory. Gluttony disables all armor and energy shield. We have good resistances but lack PDR. To solve this problem we try to convert all physical damage to elemental damage by looking for 8% PDR on our chest and crafting the new Gravicious mod of 6% of phys hits taken to both Fire and Lightning to already achieve 15% PDR. Add to this the Korell syndicate craft on helm + Eater of worlds influence for another 16% converted. Then we finalize with our Ascendency + Taste of hate + Shield corruption + Watcher's eye should in total lead to 81% of phys converted to Fire/Cold, this will drastically lower the amount of physical damage we take. When we are reserving our life we have to make sure we only reserve a maximum of 49% of our life and be left with 51% UNRESERVED life. This means that you have to level Vitality according to your maximum life. We need this specific life setup to achieve a pseudo slayer overleech with the help of petrified bloo. In all skill trees I purposefully missed 1 skill point. This is going to be the new life reservation mastery, I added an extra line to the Gluttony belt. in 3.19 Ward recharge will be lowered to 4 seconds with a min-roll Olroth boots and a max roll ward recovery you can bring the 4/1.28 down to 3.17 seconds which leaves you with 0.17s down time on Adrenaline from the boots which is near perfect uptime. 3/3.17 would be about 94.5% of the time. For Pantheon's take soul of the brine king and garukhan it is important to get the minor pantheon from the brine king which gives 50% reduced chill effect. Also reddit/user/KneeNail was the first to come up with a different setup by using the Sublime Vision (purity of fire) in conjunction with Lethal Pride (tempered by war) and Dawnbreaker to achieve 100% fire damage from elemental hits. Very nice setup, I was afraid we wouldn't hit good enough damage numbers in that setup but i stand corrected.
