> LEVELING <
Start with a level 1 ranger. Sell almost everything, bank the Momentum support and use it with Leap Slam on the Templar

At the start we level with a pretty classic Rolling Magma setup. Try to aim Rolling Magma just in front of the feet of the monster you're fighting to get overlap and thus more damage.
Once we hit level 31 we can use Archmage. Because our cast speed isn't great yet it's best to use Firestorm.
