How have I calculated the new damage?

Used level 1 lightning strike gem as this has a negligible roll on the added damage that is being removed. This  is 135% damage effectiveness
The new damage effectiveness is 456%
sum = (456/135) - 1 (*100) should give the more damage % we need to add to the config
= 237% more damage

Vaal Skill is 237% added damage compared to level 1 which is 105%
125% more damage

Need to calculate these separately as they count as the same  gem and skill in POB:

Lightning strike melee + projectiles = 3.2 Million
2 x Vaal Charges = 1.1 Million

Burst Damage = 4.3 Million

Voices of the storm is 38% more damage with same annoint which would take the same setup to 6 million burst DPS
