-----------------------INTRO-----------------------

Welcome to my Poison Cremation build!
This build might be the best build of 3.19,
it certainly is the best build I have made
this league.

--------------------BUILD SCORE-------------------

Clear Speed: 9/10

You got Occultist Pops, you got Plague Bringer
to just run through mobs. The only draw back
to the clear is that occasionally you have to
cast Cremation to charge your Plague Bringer
back up.

Bossing: 9/10

This build does tons of damage to bosses
but has one down side. Bosses that move 
a lot are going to be annoying to fight against.
But bosses that stand still get melted really
quickly.

Budget: 7/10

This build does require around 8 divines to
get to the state I currently have it in Path
of Building. However, you don't need every
thing I have in this PoB and you can run
a much cheaper version of this build to 
great effect.

--------------------MECHANICS-------------------

This build is entirely built around two things.

Phantasmal Desecrate and Diallas Malefaction

Phantasmal Desecrate has a chance to detonate
corpses per projectile fired.

Diallas Malefaction insures that this chance is
100% so we are always detonating extra corpses.
We can ramp up poison stacks very quickly this
way. Meaning Big damage.

You can do this build with Ashes of the Stars as 
well. But Diallas Malefaction is significantly cheaper

This build should make an excellent 2nd build of 
the league for anyone.

---------------------DEFENSES----------------------

We are using Block, Spell Suppression, Temp
Chains, Hinder and Malediction as our main
sources of defense.

We also spec into Eldritch Battery and take the
Mind over Matter node on the tree. This is a very
strong defensive layer, especially with GGG 
removing many of the defensive layers we have
in the game. 

Because we are Occultist, we can max our Chaos
Resistance very easily.

This build only has one weakness and that is 
Damage over Time. Damage over Time is a big
issue for lots of builds currently due to the fact
that there is not much you can do to resist it.

--------------------ASCENDANCY---------------------

Occultist is the best Ascendancy for this build
bar none. Casting Arcanist Brand and Cremation
is pretty clunky. Without the Pops from Occultist,
this build would not feel very good to play. On
top of this, With the Occultist pops, we can use
Plague Bringer and just run through packs of
enemies to make them explode, it is a very fun
gameplay loop.

Occultist also allows us to apply both Despair
and Temp Chains which are big damage and
defense increasers.

--------------------UPGRADES------------------------

Basically you just want to pick up better rare
items than I currently have. Ideally you would
want to have boots with Spell Suppression 
on them. My belt is not that great either. 

You can also run Ashes of the Stars in this
build. That frees up your chest piece to run
something that is stronger. But Ashes of the
Stars is usually expensive.

-------THINGS IMPORTANT TO NOTE------------

You HAVE to use Phantasmal Cremation for this
build to work. Regular Cremation does not work.

We are using Divergent Herald of Agony to get
chance to poison. If you are wondering why you
don't have 100% chance to poison, it's probably
because you either don't have DIvergent Herald
of Agony or you haven't qualitied it to 20%.

-WHY DO YOU HAVE CREMATION SET TO COUNT 10-

This is because we are trying to estimate how many
Corpse Explosions we are hitting the enemy with.
10 is actually a pretty low estimate because we are
detonating 24 corpses a second with 2 Arcanist
Brands attached to an enemy. I think a better estimate
would be somewhere closer to 15 count but we are
using 10 because it's hard to estimate the damage 
otherwise.

-------------WHY NO DESPAIR ON HIT?-------------

Plaguebringer doesn't hit, so Despair needs to be 
applied to enemies without hitting them or no pops. 
Casting Despair as an aura is the easier way to 
accomplish this

Cheap Alternatives

The Devouring Diadem
 - Has the reservation efficency built in
 - If you get ailment duration while focused,
that is a big damage bonus.

Volkuur's Guidance
 - You don't need the temp chains corrupt.
 - You can cast it yourself or as an aura
