Keep the starting Bow and the Pierce gem from Ranger and equip it in your offhand on your Templar to level the Pierce as you go.

You can Vendor an IRON Ring with any Blue gem to make a Sapphire Ring // any Green gem to make a Topaz Ring.

You will want to do this Recipe ONCE by Level 8 (if possible) but for sure by lvl 12.

IMPORTANT:

Act 5 -> After The King's Feast -> Jewel Socket -> Poacher's Aim 

This Jewel will replace the need for Pierce on the build so you can swap out the Pierce gem for Swift Assembly (Library)

Act 8 -> After 2nd Lab -> Arrogance + Vitality (RR)
Righteous Fire (B)

After your 2nd Lab, you can go Mind over Matter + Eldritch Battery which allows you to ignore Mana Cost from there-on and makes Righteous Fire easier to sustain with just the Arrogance + Vitality & Capped Fire Resistance.
