1. This build absolutely deletes bosses!

2. This build has no defense, and can't do regular maps. Though being careful enough, it can somewhat do T17 maps due to it's absurdly high DPS (though
expect to die from time to time).

3. Even though this build has no defense, we take a few Life nodes in the Passive tree, to be able to take some small hit here and there, especially in Sanctum.

4. Despair isn't used as an active curse. It is only there to activate Wither on Hit effect from the Balance of Terror jewel. That's why it is set as "disabled" in PoB.

5. The 15 Stacks of Wither on enemies in the PoB config is not bait. With guaranteed Wither on Hit from Balance of Terror and 15+ Mines, we get to
the Max Wither Stacks in no time.

6. Replica Restless Ward gives even more movement speed, but getting it with a proper corruption is costly, which is why a regular Restless Ward has been
used, which is easier and cheaper to get with a proper corruption.

7. The Adorned jewel not only improves DPS, but it also significantly increases Mine Throwing Speed, which feels very smooth while playing.

8. Automation support with Detonate Mine is fantastic for this build. It only detonate the mines when an enemy is in range of the Profane Proxy curse, which
means we can stack all our mines at once for huge burst damage.

9. Ralakesh's Impatience + Malachai's Loop + Void Battery + Badge of the Brotherhood is a pretty standard combo to get a lot of Power Charges and Frenzy Charges.
With Occultist's Forbidden Power Ascendency Notable, we have a total of 10 Power Charges and 10 Frenzy Charges.

10. In our Gloves, we have Purity of Elements, Skitterbots, Petrified Blood, and Arrogance gems. Make sure that only Petrified Blood is supported by Arrogance,
by forcing the Gloves to have two 2-links. We don't want Arrogance to support Purity of Elements and Skitterbots. We use Arrogance here to make us Low-Life
and get the benefit of the Pain Attunement Keystone. That is a huge damage increase.

11. The Militant Faith jewel must be of the High Templar Dominus variant to convert the Hex Master Keystone to Inner Conviction Keystone, which
is another huge damage increase.

12. On our Rare Ring, the Curse Emenies with Elemental Weakness on Hit mod a Hunter Influenced mod, and the Global Crit Multi mod a Warlord Influenced mod.
To get these mods together, we must use an Awakenar's Orb to merge two different ring with each mod.

13. The mod increased Damage with Hits against Chilled Enemies in the Gloves is an Incursion mod. We have to craft the Cold Exposure on Hit implicit with
Eldritch Ichor and Unnerve on Hit implicit with Eldritch Ember.

14. This build needs a lot of Strengh, which is covered by the Efficient Training jewel. It also require quite a bit of Dexterity, which we can cover by either our
Rare Ring and Gloves, or through the Agility and Alacrity Notables in the passive skill tree.

15. Last but not the least, be careful when doing Sanctum/T17 by throwing all the mines at once. Remember that mines reserve our Mana. When all our Mana
has been reserved, we can't throw more mines until the already thrown mines are either detonated or expired. So if we throw all our mines first, and there are no
enemies around to detonate the mines, if we move forward, we can't throw more mines until our mines expire. On the bosses though, go ham and spam mines!
