+1 arrow, Momentum support, faster proj support, +crit + phys + attack speed basically whatever works

Quiver

Get which ever quiver fracture that has an offensive stat that you want.  IE.  Phys to attacks fracture.
Spam Multi/attack speed essence til you get additional arrow with 1 open suffix and open prefixes. If you get proj speed, multi, or attack speed fracture you can use phy essence. You can use suffixes cannot change to wipe one prefix away or just annul and pray.  
Use cannot roll attack mods craft and use regular exalted orbs to get damage with bows and life, you can annul and exalt over and over if you annul cannot roll attack mods -1 div.

Chest. 
You can put this chest base on your filter and vaal orb til you get increased damage and then mythic orb them.  its like 1/4 chance to hit the chest but the variation of increased damage is very high so you might have to do this multiple times if they dont exist in trade.

Gloves
Get a fracture spam some essence have fun with poe craft xD

Amulet
Get phys to attacks fracture.  Spam some multi essence until useable mods and then lock suffix veiled chaos or aisling life craft a mod boom.  Remember your boots and ring are ultimatly your saving grace when it comes to fixing your gear cuz its very ez to get exactly the stats you want.  So if you end up with int on amulet or other mods that are useful
you can put the other mods you need on your boots or your ring.

Ring
Go to trade find the exact suffixes you want , lock your suffixes with wild bristle matron and use veiled chaos block mana unveil life. 

Boots
go to trade find the exact suffixes you want for boots, lock your suffixes with wild bristle matron and veiled chaos, block mana unveil movement speed craft life.

Cluster: if you cant find a useable cluster you can buy ilevel 50-68 and reforge crit.

Grand spectrums should always be cheap if they are not you are going to have to use normal res jewels. which always should be cheap.



New Ascendency 

You can basically use stun tincture or just get new ascendency charms whatever u want to do.

Notes : if you have problems with rage, you can use secrets of suffering or just swap back to snipers.
